Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: United States of AmericaState: All States/Provinces okay well in on probation for third degree assault. I recently was drinking, and was giving a disorderly conduct ticket; for which I have court date on Jan 11th. I think it have a no drink order! What will happen with my probation? Violate? I took a plea of imposition, a don't really know what to do. Should I plea guilty and just pay the fine, or fight it. On my papers it say no same of similar offenses; does this fall into that. This took place in a diff county, does that matter. AnswerYour probation could be revoked--you may want to ask the PO what will happen, and then decide what to do--How to thank TFD for its existence?
