Country: United States of America State: North Carolina If you are promised by your probation office and meet their criteria for getting off probation and pay all fines can they still be put in jail? Someone I know was promised by the probation office that if she paid her fines and passed her drug tests she would not have to go to jail. But she got sent anyways.
