Good-sized tenants (those over 10,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet) and/or those who are high-credit are able to get a very favorable deal from landlords who will eliminate whatever quoted price increases they're asking for to keep the tenants in place.
In several instances, I've heard producers have been able to secure immediate-delivery bids for up to 25 cents more than the quoted price at the elevator.
The quoted price should include the options you want, plus tax, licensing and registration fees, and not much else.
