WHITEHORSE -- The Yukon government is reconvening its Child Care Working Group. The General Assembly resolution accepted the ICJ opinion, asked for the reconvening of the signatories of the Geneva Convention to consider the opinion--which did, after all, say they were duty bound to enforce the Convention's terms against states that violated them--and asked the U. The two sides will have met separately before reconvening, they said in a statement. |
