Question

Country: United States of America
State: California

I was pulled over for speeding on Thursday 12/15/05 at approximately 2:00 a.m. Officer wrote my ticket, yet the Date of Violation was written as being on 12/14/05 at 2:00 a.m. Also the Date of Violation (12/14/05) and the actually day of the week circled at the top of the citation did not correspond with each other. Can I contest this in court and get it dismissed? I wasn't driving on 12/14/05 at 2:00 a.m.

Answer

The court will just correct errors normally--
