Question

Country: United States of America
State: New York

I have recently purchased tickets for a concert taking place at Madison Square Garden in NYC. Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend. I want to resell these tickets legally, but they are currently selling for much more than face value. How do I go about selling them legally. Would selling them from a state outside of NY help matters?

Answer

If you sell to friends etc. that normally will clear up any problem...
