My car was repot's a few moss ago. I was backwards on it. They recently sold it and this morning I was served... small claims court for 4,000 to the bank (plus court costs) for the pushdown fee. I am currently unemployed, don't have any income and the only thing I own is a '99 neon worth MAYBE 2000. What do you think will happen? Will they take my car? How am I supposed to pay them?
