A fine hand, as the saying had it, was the mark of an educated or specially trained person -- someone who made communication not only legible but something beautiful or stylish or striking.
There are many things that a professional chiropractor can do to help you with your back problems, in fact the expert chiropractor may be the only medical equipped and specially trained person that can provide constant and medically approved relief for back pain and back problems.
For example, if we have a specialised member of staff doing one aspect of a job that could be covered by someone just as capable but not as highly qualified, the specially trained person would be left to focus on other aspects only they could tackle.
