Country: United States of America State: North Dakota My daughter enrolled in a private religious school for high school becauseour district had no high school. Our county gives each family of a highschool student a stipend for transportation but refused to give us the same claiming separation of church and state. I read the facts of Eversonv. Board of education and am questioning this decision. Should we haveeceived the stipend?
