Masculine and feminine traits: Their relation to suitedness in training for traditionally masculine and feminine army functions.
For this group of students, at least, one of the major factors contributing to attrition is clearly related to students' learning more clearly about the nature and outcomes of the training: their suitedness to research, their ability to adapt to the social context, the research faculty life for which they are being prepared, and the job market for those jobs.
