Question

Country: United States of America State: Iowa do you have to fill out a statement or be called to testify against your spouse in a domestic criminal case. or else they will have your minor daughter who accidentally witnessed it write one? I feel that I am just as much to blame for the situation and do not want to say anything that may hurt his case in a statement. ive told the police I don’t really remember everything that happened anyway, but am being led to think I have no choice or I may end up in jail too?

Answer
