bundle the papers in the case in good order. English practice has now reached a stage where bundles are used very frequently. Practice varies and in some cases is subject to detailed rules. The great advantage is that there is only one set of papers. Pagination and indexing allow hearings to proceed very quickly and facilitate the writing of judgments.
