Question

Country: United States of America State: Kentucky I was in an auto accident last night. Minimal damage to both cars. Hers was towed though. I don't want to contact my insurance company. The other lady is mad but she was told by the police officer that her license were suspended. So does this mean that the other lady is responsible for her own stuff?

Answer

No--she could still try to collect if you were at fault--but of course her position would be weakened.
