PRESENTLYI 'M RESIDING IN BOLIVIA, LAST TIME I WAS IN STATES, I OVERSTAYED MY VISA BECAUSE MY EX-WIFE REFUSED TO SPONSOR ME, I WAS CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC BATTERY, BUT NEVER CONVICTED, CASE WAS FILLED AS NOLLE PROSSE, I RETURNED FROM STATES IN A VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE OPTION (JULY 26, 2004). RECENTLY I REAPPLIED FOR A B1-B2 VISA AND WAS INELLIGIBLE FOR GROUNDS OF 212(a)2(i)(i), BUT IN NO CASE I WAS CONVICTED OF MORAL TURPITUDE OR ANY OTHER REASON(SO, DO KNOW WHY I'M BOXED THERE). MY FIANCEE (AN AMERICAN CITIZEN) AND I WANTS TO GET MARRIED AND GET A K-4 VISA FOR ME. WHAT SHOULD WE DO OR WHAT SHOULD BE THE STEPS TO PROCEED ?

Answer
