EMBASSY ADVISE ME TO USE A FORM I-724 FOR A WAIVER PETITION TO BE ELEGIBLE ON GROUNDS OF EXTREME HARDSHIP ON ME AMERICAN BORN SON WHO LIVES THERE. MY FIANCEE (AN AMERICAN CITIZEN) AND I WANTS TO GET MARRIED AND GET A K-4 VISA FOR ME. WHAT SHOULD WE DO OR WHAT SHOULD BE THE STEPS TO PROCEED ?
