Question

Country: Canada
State: Ontario

My father passed away on the 28th, my brother and I are executors (mom is still alive) I have never seem the will but all other family have. Am I entitled to a copy of the will. My brother has informed me of some papers I have to sign. His wife wants me out of everything so not sure where I stand and what rights I have . My Dad had cancer in the brain and made them sell their house to move into a house with and inlaw suite. The sale finished on the 23rd and Dad was put into the hospital on the 21st. He did not move to the new lace and my mother I believe put the money from the sale into her account.

Answer

You certainly are entitled to see the will and every related paper etc.
