Question

Country: United States of America
State: Florida

My mother recently died, I was living with her. Her will states that my older brother has the right to sell the house and the proceeds are to be divided between six children. Will this home go througthrough probate first, or do I have to move at his request.

Answer

He has to evict you if you do not agree to leave when he wants...but he can make a reasonable request as soon as he begins to probate the will.
