Country: United States of America State: Florida I have a question, yesterday I was at work, and I work with vehicals,Im a lube tech, and I was in a costumers car working on it, and when I was finished, I got in the suv, and backed it up, and hit a truck, "another costumers" vehical.. Mind you this was on PRIVATE property.The police were called to the seen, and they wrote me a ticket for 115.50 FOR IMPROPERLY BACKING? Is that fightable in court? Also where I work I was informed that they will or might be some money I have to pay out because of the accient? Is their any information you can provide me with?

That does seem odd to us--this should be viewed as a workplace accident and should be covered by your employer's insurance-
