Question

Country: United States of America
State: Minnesota

I received a speeding ticket on 12/28/05 for doing 79 in a 60 mph zone. The officer wrote the date of the offense as 12/18/05. Can I use the wrong date as a basis to get out of the ticket?

Answer

No--the court will usually just correct it--
