a body which provides for self-regulation for print, cinema and posters. It oversees the code of advertising practice, considers complaints from the public and is financed by a surcharge on advertising.
The Advertising Standards Agency confirmed they had received a complaint but a spokesman said: "EMPpad were not aware of and didn't have control of the tweet and as such, it's not an ad for the purposes of our rules."
Representatives from TPO, ARLA, RICS and UKALA met with the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) on 22 March regarding the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) ruling on disclosure of non-optional fees and charges to tenants.
