New Year's resolutions often reflect personal goals such as saving money and breaking bad habits. As the nursing profession embraces 2009 and approaches the next decade, it's time to consider some professional resolutions that address the retirement of "Baby Boomer" nurses.
More than half those polled said money worried them, followed by lack of confidence and breaking bad habits. Next came stress and willpower, existing relationships, excelling at work, and depression.
