NEICE has been a true pooling of national resources.
The California Department of Social Services joined
NEICE in July 2016, seeking to reduce the amount of time from a child's placement request to a placement decision and permanency in another state, through improved timely communication across state lines.

neice, Arianna Rose Fargnoli, and two great grand nephews, Lane Anthony Fargnoli, and Enzo Gianni Fargnoli.
She used to perform as Sherene Davies, her
neice's name.
