Kinetic studies of the CC aminolysis were performed on the example of the interaction of 1-tetrahydrophenylcarboxy-2,3-propylene carbonate (obtained on the basis of phenyl glycidyl ether (PGE), the content of epoxy groups was 0%, the determined saponification number was 582, and the calculated saponification number was 577, [T.sub.m] = 93[degrees]C, white powder) with benzylamine in chlorobenzene [40].
With a given saponification number of 181 mg KOH per gram, a molar mass range of rounded 930 g/mol was calculated.
Based on these data biodiesel from Chaetoceros calcitrans phytoplankton species has a low saponification number and enters the biodiesel quality control set by ASTM D6751.
The higher the saponification number, the higher the number of fatty acids of low molecular weight.
Physico-chemical characteristics of the oils for both varieties were demonstrated and mean values found to be refractive index (40 degC) 1.4589 and 1.4588, peroxide value 1.9 and 2.4 (meq O2 / kg of oil), iodine value 84.5 and 92.2 (g of I2/100g of oil), saponification number 191.3 and 195.5 (mg of KOH /g of oil), free fatty acids 0.6% and 0.9%, unsaponifiable matter 0.9% and 1.2% and color (1 in.
