Scottish Conveyancing and Executry Services Board

a body which was set up to regulate conveyancers and executry practitioners who are not solicitors. Very few individuals wanted to qualify in this way and so the Board was dissolved in 2003, the remaining practioners being supervised by the Conveyancing and Executry Practitioners Committee of the Law Society of Scotland.
