Erratum

[Latin, Error.] The term used in the Latin formula for the assignment of mistakes made in a case.

After reviewing a case, if a judge decides that there was no error, he or she indicates so by replying, "In nollo est erratum," which means, "no error was committed." The plural is errata.

On the other hand, Registrar Khalid Khan denied allegations of changing the corrigendum of the syndicate meeting and said he possessed recordings and minutes of the meeting and would present them before the inquiry committee.
He also claimed that he had added the dissent notes in the corrigendum after receiving letters from the relevant syndicate members.
