The title of Patrick Tuttofuoco's WalkAround (all works 2002) refers to both the possibility of moving around and amid the elements of the installation and the fact that the work reflects the artist's wanderings through East Asia, particularly the high-tech centers of the region's megalopolises, which are futuristic but also subtly permeated by an atmosphere of kitsch.
One reason is that he sometimes consults for hypercongested Asian megalopolises like Shanghai and Karachi (``It's easy,'' Pisarski explains.
