I recently got a police clearance letter for work and at the top it said criminal convictions conditional and absolute discharges and related information. Below that was listed my two convictions and at the bottom of the page it said end of convictions and discharges. Does it mean when it says at the bottom of the page end of convictions and discharges that the charges were discharged.
Answer
No--if you do not know that current status you may however call the DA that was involved to see how they are listed on your record. These questions and answers are provided by WORLDLawDirect.com. ©2000 - 2007 by WORLDLawDirect.com, Inc.
