A close friend of mine had sex with his girlfriend in a store room of a public educational institution. They had locked the room so there is no chance for the public to view them and there were no window either. However,a CCTV in the storeroom had captured their acts and the respective security firm would like to file a charge of indecent act in a public case. Is that possible? Or is it totally NON-Criminal at all ?

Answer

They indeed could be charged unfortunately--
